About Jessica Tracy

MY STORY

Jessica Tracy brings over 16 years of diverse healthcare experience in data analytics, consulting, strategic advisory, business development and go to market strategy.

Her work spans across healthcare ranging from group insurance, clinical genetics, at-home diagnostics, healthcare technology and psychedelic assisted therapies. Jessica has led sales, consulting and strategic partnerships with large employers, unions, health systems, payors and public sector clients. In her career, Jessica dedicated more than ten years to the insurance industry, serving as an Underwriter, Data Analytics Consultant, and Business Development Executive for a large payer and consulting firm developing financial projections and consultative insurance analyses focused on prevention and disease management solutions to improve health and contain costs.

She then shifted focus to population health where she specialized in improving hard to access care, such as clinical genetics, by applying innovative delivery models to sound clinical protocols. After her own personal experiences and research into psychedelic assisted therapies, she saw first hand both the profound benefits and logistical challenges that surround these alternative healing modalities. In a purpose driven mission, she decided to apply her background and knowledge to support education, increase access, solve for reimbursement challenges and integrate psychedelics into mainstream healthcare in a safe and affordable way.

Through The Sage Collective, Jessica oversees strategic advisory for the application of psychedelic assisted psychotherapies (PAP), such as third party administrators offering workplace insurance coverage for PAT, health systems integrating PAT into their research and treatment protocols, outpatient ketamine clinics, as well as other initiatives focused on increasing access through mainstream healthcare application.

She is a member of the Ketamine Task Force whose objective is to increase insurance coverage and FDA approval for these therapies through clinical research. She has completed various clinical certifications in psychedelics including Essential Contemplative Practices of a Psychedelic Therapists, Introduction to Psychedelic Therapies, and Psychedelic Facilitator Training.

Jessica holds various designations including Group Benefits Disability Specialist, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist and has also completed extensive courses through the Hartford School of Insurance, Commercial Lines Producer School, International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and Employee Benefits Producer Training Program through The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research for Employee Benefits, Marketing and Risk Management. She has received honors including the Forum Award for Emerging Female Leader through the Forum of Executive Women which included a comprehensive Leadership Development and Mentorship Program, SNJ Business People's 40 Under 40 Award, and South Jersey Biz 20 Under 40 Award.
