ABOUT

The Sage Collective has been formed with the mission of integrating psychedelic assisted therapy into the current health ecosystem so that more patients can have access to safe and affordable care.

After experiencing the immense health benefits of psychedelic assisted therapies, I have spent the last several years researching these alternative healing modalities, completing clinical certifications, learning the business side, advocating for patient access, supporting clinical studies and understanding the greater challenges around access. And now, I’ve made it my mission to increase awareness and legal access to these healing modalities.

With the profound outcomes shown across countless clinical studies and my own personal mental health journey with these medicines, it has inspired me to support patient education, affordability, and sound clinical practices. By leveraging deep insurance and healthcare backgrounds, we help to design and implement an infrastructure that supports access to safe and affordable psychedelic assisted therapies within the current health ecosystem.

Through the Sage Collective, we support organizations, health systems and academic medical centers in strategic planning and implementation to bridge the gap between psychedelics, business, insurance, and the healthcare system - and in turn, support better patient access and outcomes. We bring a collective of experience across healthcare, including consulting, business development, clinical sales, go to market strategy, health equity, and insurance consulting to those with a similar interest and mission of providing psychedelic therapy and associated services. 

With extensive business development and consulting experience in healthcare, navigating and understanding how buyers engage allows us to optimize the strategies of business leaders that have a similar passion for increasing and scaling access to psychedelic assisted therapies, without harm. Our approach is to help you succeed in your business objectives by first listening to your strategic goals and challenges, and then applying our experiences, business acumen, creativity and sales mentality to identify growth channels, implement sound clinical protocols, optimize business practices and expand reach with a focus on increasing access in a sustainable, profitable business model.

  • Insurance can feel like the wild west as there is a lot to navigate, especially in the new and emerging space of psychedelics and neuromodulatory treatments. We explore innovative approaches to reimbursement and also support the development of validated studies to evaluate and support potential reimbursement.

  • Strategy development and execution to help organizations identify, assess, prioritize, and execute on opportunities for strategic growth and sustainable revenue generation.

  • Evaluate current and future state objectives and identify potential strategic partnerships to support those goals, whether they be to support growth, service expansion or new client acquisition. Support the evaluation process, including interviewing partners, due diligence, aligning on scope and supporting contracting.

  • An effective GTM strategy brings together key elements of sales and marketing, such as value proposition competitive analysis & differentiation, pricing, buyer insights and brand development. Ensure the value proposition and customer facing collateral aligns with buyer needs.
